A number of terms and offers to the topic wellness is for many people not comprehensible. So not everyone knows what a Shiatsu-massage or a Tuina-therapy is. To expand the knowledge a little, here an overview of the most common terms.

Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the longest known healing science from india which developed more than 3000 years ago. In this country Ayurveda is very common by now.
